3. 购买招标文件时间： 2009年6月18日起每天（节假日除外）北京时间上午8：30-11：00，下午14：00-17：00。  

4. 购买招标文件截止时间：在投标截止时间之前24小时停止出售本公告招标项目的招标文件。 

5. 购买招标文件地点：宁波中基国际招标有限公司。 

6. 投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2009年7月9日09:30（北京时间）之前递交。2009年7月9日之前递交招标文件的请递交至宁波中基国际招标有限公司，2009年7月9日当天递交招标文件的请递交至开标地点。迟到的投标文件和未购买招标文件者的投标将被拒绝。 

7. 开标时间和地点：定于2009年7月9日09:30（北京时间）在宁波中基国际招标有限公司公开开标。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

Entrusted by the purchaser, Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd., invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers at home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and /or services by wary of International Competitive Bidding.  

1.    Name and quantity of the goods and main technical specifications: 
Double Plate Digital Radiography System DR     1set 
2.    Price of the Bidding Documents: RMB￥300or US$40，shall be on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥50 (Home) or US$40 (Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for each package of the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by mail. 
3.  Time of selling the Bidding Documents: Between 9:00-17:00 (Beijing Time, except holidays) from June 18, 2009. 
4.  Deadline for selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening. 
5.  Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd. 
6.  The bidding documents should deliver to us before 9:30 am July.9, 2009. Before July.9, 2009 please deliver the bidding documents to Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., LTD. On July.9, 2009 the same day please send the bidding documents to the bid opening place directly.
