2． 对投标人的资格要求：
（1）．提交招标文件第一册13.3规定的所有证明投标人中标后能履行合同的文件；
（2）．投标人提供的所有阀门均在中华人民共和国境内德士古工艺气化炉或相近工况氧气管线上有成功运行经验的产品，且须具有2年以上安全运行的业绩，并提供相应合同的复印件。
3．招标文件售价：招标文件每品目售价为500元人民币或72美元，招标文件售后不退。如需邮购，请另付50元人民币或 40 美元（国外）特快专递费，并请按下述开户银行及帐号汇款（汇款单上应注明汇款用途及招标编号），本公司不对邮寄过程中的遗失负责。
4．购买招标文件时间：2009年4月30日起，每天（节假日除外）北京时间 上午08:30-11:00，下午13:30-17:00。
5．购买招标文件截止时间：在投标截止时间之前24小时停止出售本公告招标项目的招标文件。

8．开标时间和地点：定于2009年5月25日09:30（北京时间）在宁波大榭国际大酒店(（详见酒店一楼告示牌)公开开标。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

Entrusted by the purchaser, Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co. Ltd., invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers at home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and /or services by wary of International Competitive Bidding.
1. Name and quantity of the goods and main technical specifications:
Purchasing of valve for MDI Technical Renovation Project - coal gasification.
2. Qualification of the bidder:
(1). Documentary evidence established in accordance with 13.3 of bidding document that the Bidder is qualified to perform the contract if its bid is accepted.
(2). All valves should successful operated in the PRC territory. And the bidders should offer the copies of outstanding achievements of more than 2-year safety operation.
3. Price of the Bidding Documents: RMB￥500 or US$72 for each package，shall be on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥50 (Home) or US$40 (Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for each package of the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by mail.
4. Time of selling the Bidding Documents: Between 08:30-11:00, 13:30-17:00 (Beijing Time, except holidays) from April 30,2009.
5. Deadline for selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening.
6. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Ningbo China-Base International Tendering Co., Ltd.
7. Deadline for submitting the Bidding Documents: 09:30 AM (Beijing Time) May 25, 2009, the delayed Bid Documents will be rejected.
8. Time and place for the Bid Opening: 09:30 AM (Beijing Time) May 25, 2009, at the Daxie Citic Ningbo International Hotel.
